1. About PASSMAP

PASSMAP (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online educational revision platform designed to support Physician Associates preparing for the UK Physician Associate Registration Assessment (PARA).

PASSMAP provides exam-focused learning materials, including condition notes, questions, explanations, and performance tools, for educational purposes only.

By accessing or using PASSMAP, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Educational Use Only (Important)

PASSMAP is an educational revision platform.

  • Content is provided for exam preparation purposes only

  • PASSMAP does not provide medical advice

  • Content must not be used to guide real-world clinical decision-making

  • PASSMAP is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement, local guidelines, or supervision

You agree that you will not rely on PASSMAP content for patient care or clinical management.

3. No Professional or Medical Advice

Nothing on PASSMAP constitutes:

6. User Accounts

To access PASSMAP, you must create an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

PASSMAP offers paid subscription access.

By subscribing:

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe)

  • Subscriptions grant access to PASSMAP content for the subscription period

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

  • Access will continue until the end of the current billing period

Refunds

  • PASSMAP provides immediate access to digital content upon subscription.
    By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access and that you therefore lose your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • Refunds are not offered once access has been granted, except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on PASSMAP — including text, questions, explanations, mnemonics, visuals, and branding — is the intellectual property of PASSMAP unless otherwise stated.

You may:

  • Use content for personal study only

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or share content

  • Reproduce questions or explanations publicly

  • Use PASSMAP content for commercial purposes

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform

  • Attempt to access restricted areas

  • Scrape or download content

  • Share or resell access

We reserve the right to restrict access for misuse.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • PASSMAP shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from use of the platform

Use of PASSMAP is at your own risk.

11. Changes to These Terms

Continued use of PASSMAP indicates acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

It does not give medical advice.
